- Neck Pain
- Back Pain
- Sciatica
- Shoulder Pain
- Sporting Injuries
- And a range of other concerns.
Cerys predominantly uses a structural approach along with medical acupuncture, and for every patient will incorporate lifestyle and exercise advice. This enables her to make a positive difference whatever the issue, be it tennis elbow, ankle strain, or hip pain.
About Cerys
Cerys came to Osteopathy through a strong wish to help others, the drive to impact the lives of her surrounding communities positively, and a profound interest in health and human physiology.
Working at a charity clinic for people with chronic pain, gave her a deep understanding of how stress and psychosocial factors affect individual health and wellness.
She has worked in clinics specialising in women's health, HIV care, and LGBTQIA+ healthcare, and taken further training in treating with inclusivity and recognition of conditions that impact these communities.
She has always been interested in human development, health and wellbeing. Prior to coming to a career in osteopathy, she received a Bachelor’s in Biological Anthropology.
As a Registered Osteopath she undertakes regular courses in areas of interest as part of continued professional development (CPD).
She was DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) checked prior to being accepted as a Registered Osteopath.
